Product Description: The NANPU 1/4" NPT Compressed Air Filter Regulator Combo Piggyback is designed to remove most liquid and solid particles from the air supply. The Self-Relieving Pressure Regulator is used to adjust the outlet pressure.

Packaging and Accessories: The original packaging and foam box provide better protection for the product and prevent any damage that may have occurred during transit. Additional accessories, including an Air Coupler & Plug Kit, Thread Seal Tape, and Fittings, are provided to bring more convenience to the installation process.

Installation and Operating Instructions: Preparation: - The assembly of all calibration shall meet the maximum flow requirement. - Please clean the port and fitting before installation to effectively avoid bringing dust into the air path. - Pay attention to the direction of air flow and the arrow pointing on the product body to ensure correct installation. Also, check the port and thread size to ensure a proper fit.

Pressure Adjustment: - Pull up the knob of the pressure gauge, then rotate clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease pressure. - Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob to avoid potential leakage issues.

Dial Reading: - Ensure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body and pay attention to whether the reading rises and falls smoothly while adjusting the pressure.

Drainage: - The drainage column will automatically excrete if there is no pressure, and it will close during the air flow passing. - When the water level is beyond the upper limit, drainage is necessary to prevent poor dehumidification.

Notices: - Use a wrench to tighten fittings to avoid leakage. - The first installation may have an excretion reaction, which is not a leakage. In this case, please patiently wait for a while, and the product will work well.
